Easy 3 Ingredient Snack!

3 ingredient oatmeal cookies are so tasty that you won’t believe how simple they are to make. With just 3 ingredients, you can make these oatmeal cookies. My mom and I have made them several times when we don't finish our bananas fast enough. It is a great way to use them up!
Ingredients: Ripe bananas. old fashioned rolled oats (or any oatmeal of your choice!), and some chocolate chips. You can get fancy and try to add peanut butter or cinnamon.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Make sure to ask a parent for help with the oven
Line a baking sheet with a silpat mat or coat with some cooking spray. We used parchment paper.
Mash bananas in a medium bowl. Add in oats and gently stir. You can add your extra ingredients here!
Now your ready to add the chocolate chips!
Scoop one heaping tablespoon of the dough into your hands to form into a cookie shape.
Cook for 12-15 minutes or until set through and lightly golden. Cool and enjoy!
